Hutto Market Days is Hutto’s original monthly pop-up market, proudly hosted by Urban Bloom Markets. This recurring community event brings together local artisans, makers, small businesses, food vendors, and families for a welcoming indoor shopping experience.

Event Setup & Environment

Indoor venue with large industrial ceiling fans during warmer months

No central air conditioning or heating

Vendors may bring portable cooling or heating units as desired

Tents are not required, but are permitted inside the space

Electricity is limited; vendors are encouraged to bring small, quiet, rechargeable generators if power is needed

No Wi-Fi is available at the venue

Booth Spaces

Booth pricing is based on 10’ x 10’ spaces

Vendors requiring more than 10’ x 10’ must purchase additional booth space(s)

Vendor Booth Selection Types

Adult Product Vendor

For vendors selling physical products, gifts, or merchandise directly to shoppers.

Vendors selling through a franchise or direct-to-consumer brand must disclose this during registration

Examples include, but are not limited to: Scentsy, Color Street, Paparazzi, Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc.

Adult Snack / Drink Vendor

For vendors selling snacks or non-alcoholic beverages (not operating from a food truck).

Kidpreneur Product Vendor

(age 14 years & under)

For youth entrepreneurs selling physical products, gifts, or merchandise.

Proof of kidpreneurship is required at registration to be emailed at urbanbloommarkets@gmail.com.

Kidpreneur Snack / Drink Vendor

(age 14 years & under)

For youth entrepreneurs selling snacks or non-alcoholic beverages.

Business / Direct Sales Vendor

For businesses that provide services rather than physical products (examples: insurance, real estate, home services, wellness services, etc.).

Food Truck Vendor

For vendors selling food or beverages from a licensed food truck.

Average food truck length is 20 feet.

Vendors requiring more than 20’ must purchase additional space(s)

Food & Beverage Permit Requirements

Williamson County & Cities Health District (WCCHD) Guidance

Any vendor who is:

Selling or serving Time/Temperature Controlled for Safety (TCS) foods

Distributing unpackaged food products

Preparing or portioning samples of shelf-stable products while handling unpackaged food

Pouring or mixing beverages on site, including samples

Must obtain a Temporary Food Event Permit for participation, unless the vendor holds a current WCCHD Mobile Food Permit and operates exclusively from that permitted mobile food unit.

Important Note:Hutto Market Days is not classified as a Farmers’ Market. Vendors holding a WCCHD Farmers’ Market Permit are still required to obtain a Temporary Food Event Permit to participate.

Nonprofit Vendors

Nonprofit organizations are welcome to participate. Vendors must provide proof of nonprofit status via email, such as one of the following:

✔ IRS determination letter

✔ Certificate of incorporation

✔ Statement from a state official verifying nonprofit status

Volunteers

Volunteers are always welcome to assist with event setup and breakdown. This opportunity is ideal for:

High school students needing community service hours

Community members who simply want to help support local events

Volunteers may sign up and indicate their preferred role, or tasks can be assigned as needed.

Urban Bloom Markets – Return & Vendor Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Urban Bloom Markets (UBM) does not issue refunds under any circumstances. All vendor registrations are final upon purchase.

Vendor Cancellations

No refunds or transfers will be issued for vendor cancellations. This includes cancellations made for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or any other circumstances.

Once a vendor space is reserved and payment is submitted, the vendor assumes full responsibility for attending the event.

Weather Policy

All Urban Bloom Markets events are rain or shine.

In the case of inclement weather, UBM will make every reasonable effort to hold and continue the event in a safe and practical manner. Refunds are NOT granted due to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, cold, heat, storms, or any other environmental factors.

All vendors are expected to comply with event decisions made for the safety and continuity of the market.
Urban Bloom Markets – Vendor Terms & Conditions

Please note:

Hutto Market Days (HMD) is held indoors and does not require a 10' x 10' tent, though tents are permitted.

Some Urban Bloom Markets events are held outdoors, and for these events a 10' x 10' canopy/tent is required and must be secured with a minimum of 30 lb weights on each leg.

Urban Bloom Markets is committed to hosting fun, successful, and community-centered events. As a vendor, you play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of each market. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully. Failure to follow any guideline may result in removal from the event without refund.

Booth Spaces

Standard booth spaces measure 10' x 10'.

All boxes, bins, and storage containers must be kept out of sight (under tables or behind displays) to maintain a clean and professional presentation.

Applications & Payments

A completed application and payment are required for each monthly market, unless you have purchased the annual vendor pass for Hutto Market Days (HMD), in which case only one application is required.

Jewelry vendors are juried. Please submit product photos or a website link to urbanbloommarkets@gmail.com to prevent duplication of styles.

Canopies, Tents & Equipment

Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment, including tables, chairs, and canopies.

Indoor Markets (Hutto Market Days): Tents are optional but allowed.

Outdoor Markets: A 10' x 10' tent is required and must be secured with 30 lb weights on each leg, regardless of weather.
Driving stakes into the ground is prohibited at all Urban Bloom Markets locations.

Event staff will inspect canopy weights, and vendors must be prepared to show how their canopy is properly secured.

Vehicle Access, Load-In & Arrival Times

Booth spaces are not vehicle-accessible. Vendors must bring a dolly, cart, or wagon to transport items.

Hutto Market Days arrival begins at 7:15 AM. Latest arrival time is 8:15 AM. (Other events will be specified in their own listing at time of signup).
Vendors arriving after 8:15 AM, for Hutto Market Days, will be asked to leave with no refund issued.

After unloading, vendors must immediately move their vehicle to the designated parking area.

At closing, vendors must fully break down their booth—including canopies—before retrieving their vehicle for load-out.

Event Setup & Breakdown

Setup begins two hours prior to the event start time.

Booths must be fully set up one hour prior to the event and ready to begin selling at the start time.

Vendors arriving with less than 1.5 hours remaining for setup may be reassigned to a different booth location.

Early breakdown is strictly prohibited. Vendors who begin breaking down before the designated closing time may not be invited back.

Vendor Conduct & Booth Presentation

Vendors may not call out to shoppers, step into walkways, or pull customers from other booths.

All signage must be visible, neat, and professionally presented.

Your Texas Sales Tax ID Certificate must be displayed at all times (laminated, reduced, or photocopied versions are acceptable if current).

Vendors are responsible for reporting their sales within Hutto city limits to the Texas Comptroller for sales tax purposes.

Electricity, Generators & Waste

Generators are permitted only in special cases and must be silent or very quiet.

Vendors must provide their own trash receptacle for waste generated within their booth.

Cancellations, Refunds & Weather Policies

Vendor Cancellations

No refunds or transfers will be issued for vendor cancellations under any circumstances.

Inclement Weather

All markets are rain or shine, unless otherwise stated.

We will make every effort to continue the event in the event of unfavorable weather.

Refunds are not issued due to weather conditions.

Acknowledgment of Terms

Before applying, vendors are required to read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). A digital signature confirming that you have reviewed all policies is mandatory on the application.

Urban Bloom Markets - Vendor Liability & Indemnification Agreement

2025 Hutto Market Days

As a participating vendor, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my involvement in the 2025 Hutto Market Days (“the Event”), hosted by Urban Bloom Markets in partnership with The City of Hutto.

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. By signing this agreement, I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:
• personal injury,
• property damage,
• loss, theft, or destruction of goods,
• incidents involving weather, equipment, or other vendors, and
• all risks inherent to operating a booth in a public event setting.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Urban Bloom Markets, The City of Hutto, event coordinators, directors, officers, representatives, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to:

participation in the Event,

presence on City property or event premises,

setup, operation, or breakdown of my vendor booth, or

any occurrence during the Event.

This release applies regardless of whether such incidents arise in whole or in part from the negligence of the parties listed above.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urban Bloom Markets, The City of Hutto, and event coordinators from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

my participation in the Event,

the actions or negligence of myself, my staff, or my representatives,

my booth, equipment, tent, structures, products, or displays,

any accident, incident, injury, death, or property damage involving my participation.

I understand that this indemnification applies even if the claim results in whole or in part from the negligence of the parties being indemnified.

Booth, Tent, and Equipment Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the safety, stability, and proper setup of my booth, including:

canopies or tents,

weights and anchoring systems,

tables, racks, signage, equipment, and merchandise.

In the event that my tent, canopy, equipment, or any part of my booth causes damage, injury, or loss due to improper setup, insufficient weighting, negligence, or misuse, I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting damages.

Compliance

I agree to comply with all Urban Bloom Markets policies, event rules, safety guidelines, and City of Hutto requirements. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Event without refund and potential liability for damages incurred.
