Urban Bloom Markets
Hutto Market Days is Hutto’s original monthly pop-up market, proudly hosted by Urban Bloom Markets. This recurring community event brings together local artisans, makers, small businesses, food vendors, and families for a welcoming indoor shopping experience.

Dates: Third Saturday of each month
Season: February through December 2026

Event Setup & Environment
Indoor venue with large industrial ceiling fans during warmer months
No central air conditioning or heating
Vendors may bring portable cooling or heating units as desired
Tents are not required, but are permitted inside the space
Electricity is limited; vendors are encouraged to bring small, quiet, rechargeable generators if power is needed
No Wi-Fi is available at the venue
Booth Spaces
Booth pricing is based on 10’ x 10’ spaces
Vendors requiring more than 10’ x 10’ must purchase additional booth space(s)
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL
Receive one free market when you pay annually.
Deadline for annual application is January 31, 2026.
Vendor Booth Selection Types
Adult Product Vendor
For vendors selling physical products, gifts, or merchandise directly to shoppers.
Vendors selling through a franchise or direct-to-consumer brand must disclose this during registration
Examples include, but are not limited to: Scentsy, Color Street, Paparazzi, Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc.
Adult Snack / Drink Vendor
For vendors selling snacks or non-alcoholic beverages (not operating from a food truck).
Kidpreneur Product Vendor
For youth entrepreneurs selling physical products, gifts, or merchandise.
Proof of kidpreneurship is required at registration
Kidpreneur Snack / Drink Vendor
For youth entrepreneurs selling snacks or non-alcoholic beverages.
Business / Direct Sales Vendor
For businesses that provide services rather than physical products (examples: insurance, real estate, home services, wellness services, etc.).
Food Truck Vendor
For vendors selling food or beverages from a licensed food truck.
- Average food truck length is 20 feet.
Vendors requiring more than 20’ must purchase additional space(s)
Food & Beverage Permit Requirements
Williamson County & Cities Health District (WCCHD) Guidance
Any vendor who is:
Selling or serving Time/Temperature Controlled for Safety (TCS) foods
Distributing unpackaged food products
Preparing or portioning samples of shelf-stable products while handling unpackaged food
Pouring or mixing beverages on site, including samples
Must obtain a Temporary Food Event Permit for participation, unless the vendor holds a current WCCHD Mobile Food Permit and operates exclusively from that permitted mobile food unit.
Important Note:
Hutto Market Days is not classified as a Farmers’ Market. Vendors holding a WCCHD Farmers’ Market Permit are still required to obtain a Temporary Food Event Permit to participate.

Nonprofit Vendors
Nonprofit organizations are welcome to participate. Vendors must provide proof of nonprofit status via email, such as one of the following:
IRS determination letter
Certificate of incorporation
Statement from a state official verifying nonprofit status
Volunteers
Volunteers are always welcome to assist with event setup and breakdown. This opportunity is ideal for:
High school students needing community service hours
Community members who simply want to help support local events
Volunteers may sign up and indicate their preferred role, or tasks can be assigned as needed.

Urban Bloom Markets – Return & Vendor Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Urban Bloom Markets (UBM) does not issue refunds under any circumstances. All vendor registrations are final upon purchase.
Vendor Cancellations
No refunds or transfers will be issued for vendor cancellations. This includes cancellations made for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or any other circumstances.
Once a vendor space is reserved and payment is submitted, the vendor assumes full responsibility for attending the event.
Weather Policy
All Urban Bloom Markets events are rain or shine.
In the case of inclement weather, UBM will make every reasonable effort to hold and continue the event in a safe and practical manner. Refunds are NOT granted due to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, cold, heat, storms, or any other environmental factors.
All vendors are expected to comply with event decisions made for the safety and continuity of the market.
